Coverage contract / v0.9

What the system sees—and what it cannot know.

01 / OBSERVABLE

Public storefront signals

The scan may capture eligible public HTML and rendered text, product titles, descriptions, disclaimers, navigation, checkout-facing policy copy, structured metadata, and public links. Each finding must point to the captured page and exact evidence.

Interpretation is labeled.

Automated matching and human review can identify language that warrants attention. Neither determines the legal status of a product or business.

02 / OUT OF VIEW

Private facts remain unresolved

A public scan cannot establish composition, purity, manufacturing quality, buyer intent, off-site advertising, fulfillment conduct, private processor approval, or regulator acceptance.

  • No laboratory or certificate-of-analysis authentication
  • No customer, order, card, bank, or health-data access
  • No legal opinion, certification, underwriting decision, or processor guarantee
  • No inference that an unobserved statement is absent everywhere

03 / TRUTHFUL STATES

Coverage and failures stay visible

Captured, blocked, unsupported, unstable, partial, and failed states remain visible. A blocked page is a limitation, never a passing result.

04 / INITIAL MODULES

Release-one coverage

Initial modules focus on visible health and performance language, product naming and context, disclaimer presence and proximity, research-use positioning, buyer-control signals, policies, checkout copy, and explicitly enabled provider-policy modules.

No zero-findings shortcut.

Zero released findings means no issue was released within captured pages and enabled rules. It does not mean compliant.
